April 13, 2007 Dear Chris, We have used Corporate Cafe over the past five years and thought of you again to cater our Employee Luncheon today. It is always a pleasure dealing with your company and with your serving staff. This is to tell you again how good the food was today. The ceasar salad and vegetables were so fresh and seasoned perfectly. The main course and dessert were also very delicious. We want to thank you again for making this Friday the 13th lunch a success. It was so nice to have reliable and friendly help to make the night just right. The salmon with miso glaze was superb and my guest truly enjoyed all the dishes. The set up was impeccable and really made use of the rooms in the house too. Also, my guest commented on how refreshing it was to have a server who was not "pushy" or rude, Mimi was wonderful.
